LIST OF AUCTION ITEMS

To the Coaches, players and all who attend this great event, here's a brief introduction on myself and the golf tournament I am Hosting.

My name is Lawrence Tynes; I am the place kicker/PK for the SB XLII Champion New York Giants. I grew up in Milton, Fl, went to Hobbs Middle School, Milton High School Graduate 1996 and then on to Troy State University/TSU (now called Troy Univ.) where I graduated with a Criminal Justice Degree in Criminology in 2000.

I started playing football in high school but was asked to come off the soccer field that I loved so much to place kick for the football team. It was a move that I'll never regret. As a place kicker in high school I was lucky enough to have Head Coach Larry Blackney show interest in me and became his four year starter as the PK with the Trojans. I came out of TSU as an All American and hold many records as a PK at Troy .

I was fortunate enough to follow my dreams, pursued my career even after being cut a few times from Kansas City Chiefs as a free agent. I played in NFL Europe for the Scottish Claymores and the Canadian Football League/CFL for almost two years with the Ottawa Renegades before beating out PK Morten Anderson in Kansas City in 2004. I played three years with the Kansas City Chiefs and was traded in 2007 to the New York Giants. I couldn't ask for a better place to make a living than with the SB XLII Champion New York Giants.

I am hosting a charity golf event at Tiger Point Country Club, the East course, on Friday, July 11 th , 2008 to benefit the Santa Rosa Kids House. The Santa Rosa Kids House is a non-profit organization where child advocates, medical professionals and social workers apply their skills in helping the abused child under one roof. The Santa Rosa Kids house has the State Attorney's Office, Law Enforcement, Child Protection Teams, Medical Practitioners, Psychologists and many agencies under one roof to support and assist the abused child and their family.

Registration begins at 10 A.M. and a shot gun start at 1:00 P.M. Each player will receive a “Goody Bag”. Each bag will have a NIKE wet/dry golf shirt with the golf classic logo on it, a BOO WEEKLEY autographed golf visor, golf balls and more in your Goody Bags.

After you hit your range balls, and putt a few balls on the putting greens, you can look at all the great sporting memorabilia that will be auctioned off after your round of golf at the beautiful Tiger Point Country Club on the Gulf of Mexico .

There will be three complete team autographed NFL helmets available for auction from the Giants, Cowboys and Packers. There will also be autographed NFL Jerseys and much more to bid on that will be on static display inside the club house.

It is highly recommended that you send in the registration form attached with this letter as soon as possible. The most important item on this form is your shirt size for yourself and your foursome. Otherwise you will be at the mercy of what is available when you arrive for your shirt size. The shirts are coming from out of the area and will arrive two weeks prior to the golf tournament.

When the tournament begins you will receive a box lunch with a variety of drinks and water available on the course. When you finish the round, a buffet style meal will be waiting on you. Then sit back and watch local DJ from WXBM, Marty White, hold the auction that will make the Santa Rosa Kids House a better place with your donations.

It would be a pleasure to have all of you join me in this great charitable event for the “KIDS”. I respectfully ask you to help me give back to my community. .

It will be a great event with a live auction following the golf. Every penny raised will go the Santa Rosa Kids House. Please try to attend and make the effort for the “Kids” now and those with future needs in my first Santa Rosa Kids House Golf Classic. Tell all your friends about this whether they are golfers or not. Tickets for the auction and meal are available for $25.00.

Help me help those children that depend on us to do the right thing in their time of need.
